I run triple 21.3" LCD monitors from Samsung.  They all run at 1600x1200 with DVI interfaces.

When developing I use the center screen for code, the left for debug and watches, and the right for the running program or site.

While I'm usually very greedy with my screenspace (note the icon bars are removed in VS and minimized in IE), I've found with the three monitors the benefit of a sidebar outweights the space lost since the very edges of the screen are in my peripherial vision.  Can't wait for the Vista sidebar.

Also I really like having the start menu and winderz nav bar up on top because that is where all other navigation usually takes place and the mouse is up there more.  I usually use the keyboard to navigate the start menu though and don't really use desktop icons.

I've been thinking of getting a forth monitor mounted above the center to contain my playlists and such.

Sometimes I have a forth monitor on my desk running a linux server that I use the Synergy utility to integrate with my desktop.

I also have a nice wireless mouse and keyboard from Logitech.  The mouse is a top of the line 9-button MX1000.  I have all the buttons mapped to special functions.  The forward thumb button have mapped to alt-F4 so I never go and click on the red X boxes to close programs.  Can't get enough buttons on the mouse.  I think what I really want is a second keyboard to push around on my desk.  I also have a surround sound system from Logitech.

My butt is sitting in a top of the line lazyboy office chair and all this is sitting at a large U shaped desk at one end of my bedroom.
